Rising Gym Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Rising Gym, we understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure our members are informed about our refund and cancellation policy. Please read the following policy carefully:

1. Membership Cancellation

1.1. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. To do so, you must provide written notice to Rising Gym at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. You can submit your cancellation request through email, regular mail, or in-person at the gym’s front desk. Please include your full name, membership number, and the date you wish to cancel in your written notice.

1.2. Once we receive your cancellation request, your membership will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. No further charges will be incurred beyond that date.

1.3. If you cancel your membership before the initial contract term (if applicable) has been fulfilled, you may be subject to an early termination fee as specified in your membership agreement.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds for membership fees are only available under specific circumstances:

2.1.1. Initial Cooling-Off Period: If you change your mind within 3 days of signing up for a new membership, you are entitled to a full refund of the membership fees paid, provided you have not used the gym facilities during this period. A refund request must be made in writing during this cooling-off period.

2.1.2. Medical Circumstances: If you are unable to use our facilities due to a medical condition verified by a physician, we may consider a pro-rated refund for the period during which you are medically unable to participate. A medical certificate must be provided.

2.1.3. Relocation: If you permanently relocate to an area where you can no longer access Rising Gym facilities, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund. Proof of relocation, such as a utility bill or lease agreement, must be provided.

2.2. Rising Gym reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds in cases not covered by the above circumstances.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7 days of receiving the request and necessary documentation.

3.2. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original membership purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Additional Fees and Charges

 

4.1. Rising Gym is not responsible for any fees associated with currency exchange, bank transfers, or other financial institutions in the case of refunds.

5. Changes to Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1. Rising Gym reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Notice of changes will be provided on our website.
